My vehicle stopped working suddenly, as soon as that happens I call Karl Flammer and I am more than happy and blessed to have worked with Robyn Brandl, from the first call she advised me to call a Ford happens I call Karl Flammer and I am more than happy and blessed to have worked with Robyn Brandl, from the first call she advised me to call a Ford tow truck and gave me the phone number, i gave her my information at 15 minutes later I received a text message from her that I already had me an appointment for the next morning at 9:30. which was perfect and very happy with Robyn for helping that. i took the vehicle next morning and it was all a success, Robyn's attention was excellent always kept me aware of everything that was going on with the Vehicle, well appreciated for everything. . in less than one eye opening and closing, I was already out of the Dealer with everything fixed. I had an appt at 9. 00 am. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I was also told that it was time to get 2 different filters changed. He explained the cost and w 00 am. He explained the cost and when I told him I could only afford to have one done he said that was fine and we would get to the other one the next time I came in. No pressure at all. They got me right in and told me it would be approximately 2 hours so I decided to stay in the lounge. It was very comfortable. A couple staff came in to see if I needed anything and told everyone there was coffee, water, and donuts and to help ourselves. My car was ready 15 min early. I really like the customer service I get at Flammer Ford. More
