Hi Jacob, like I stated in my review I've been a loyal customer for over 17 yrs, nobody has touched my vehicle's for anything except Flammer. Feel that if customer service/satisfaction was a real priority to a loyal customer you would reach out and speak to me personally about my concerns instead of asking to explain everything in another email response.
