The price of the car was the best out of all of the other dealerships we went to. To my entire family the car looks like it is brand new. Also the fact that the car was certified Pre-owned, made it more reliable to me. the Service was fast and very friendly, got my car purchased within 2 days, fast and easy. i am very pleased with my purchase and my next bmw purchase will also be at Karl Knauz BMW no matter where i live in the Chicago land area.
