I visited Knauz in response to an advertised lease offer. At Knauz my experience was the polar opposite; the cars were priced as advertized and there was a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Furthermore, both my sales person, Judy Powell, and her sales manager, Bob Graziano, were a pleasure to deal with. Short of putting out trays of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, I can't imagine what more then could have done to make me feel more welcome and make the whole experience a pleasurable one. I will certainly recommend them to any friends and family who are in the market for a BMW. More

Knauz was a fantastic dealership. Being young, I got treated pretty disrespectfully at most dealerships and passed off as someone not serious about buying a car. Gus received my frantic call at about 8:15 am 4/17/12: I had a blowout flat directly across the street from the dealership on rte. 41, going southbound..dangerous traffic! We have been with them for at least 10 years....they really don't know us personally, but they knew I was someone in trouble and they were there...quickly and efficiently!!!
