They went out of their way to find the vehicle, make, model, color, and year I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Nick Fisco answered all my questions, ensured everything in the car was working, and washed the mats from my previous car (they fit in the new one, my previous car was totaled in auto accident). Akim Torkornoo were helpful and Akim made sure I had the best interest rate when financing the vehicle and made the paperwork and fly by like a breeze. More

Out of it came a bunch of suggestions for service and repairs from oil leak here, and a bearing replacement there, and "you need a new air filter". I took the car home and opened up the air filter compartment on top of the engine and removed the air filter before putting the new one in that I bought at Autozone for half the cost. When I removed the old air filter, I found about 24 ounces of apricot pits. I am not saying they put them in, but I am saying they couldn't have checked the air filter. On top they made repair suggestions totaling over $1000. When I took the car to a second opinion, the mechanic said he can't find anything wrong with the car. As a result I stopped going to Karl Malone Toyota for any service matters. I ended up buying a brand new RAV4 at Brent Browns, which are not a bit better. These dealers are all the same sleazy crooks. It's a xxxx shame. More

We have had a great experience thus far and have received outstanding service 7 vehicles later. Not sure if many people find a dealership let alone an agent (they don't actually know personally) they give their sole business too, but here is my experience. My family has owned a Toyota vehicle since 1999 and up until the beginning of 2018 that vehicle had remained in the family. That vehicle held up for almost 200k miles without a problem, and I am sure is still treating the new owner in kind. With the low maintenance cost and remarkable reliability, our family has continued to purchase Toyota vehicles. Now, I am not one that likes to be hounded after setting foot on a dealer lot. I am sure not many people do like that. My experience with Karl Malone Toyota has been pleasant and not at all the negative experience I would expect from a car dealership. Our sales agent Scott Sobczak has been great to work with, and not once have I felt pressured or conned in to buying anything. I have gotten a good deal on a vehicle I wanted, without all the run around, hassle and xx. The thing that I have liked best about working with Scott has been his straight forward, honest approach to sales. I know exactly what I am getting. To give an account on a situation I had with Karl Malone Toyota. I don't want to get into too many details, but there was a problem I had that actually involved Toyota Financial. I had spoken with agents at Toyota Financial about my concerns but had not luck in resolving my issues. I then decided to contact Scott at Karl Malone Toyota who, with the help of a manager Kris, was able to help resolve my problems. They helped with a situation that they didn't necessarily have to. But, I think that goes to show that building relationships with customers seems to be more important to them than just getting another vehicle off their lot. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a great staff and will continue to do business with them in the future. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, go in to Karl Malone Toyota and talk to Scott Sobczak. You will be walking out of that place happy with your experience, and your new purchase. More
They'd sold me what I'd consider a "lemon" then stonewalled. I went to look at a 2012 Nissan Leaf based on a KSL advertisement. When I was looking at the vehicle, the computer had been reset so based on system defaults and a history of driving around the lot, the computer claimed I would get 4 miles of range per kWh of battery (the car comes with 24) and that I had an estimated 35 miles of range with less than 50% of battery charge. The extrapolation led me to believe I would have a range close to 70 miles. After driving it off the lot, I ran out of juice on the way home. After the computer recalibrated to be based on actual driving, a full 100% charge showed an estimated range of 46 miles. I called up Karl Malone Toyota the very next business day to report to them that I didn’t get what I paid for or what they had advertised to me in their KSL ad and verbally in person. No one would respond to my calls or e-mails. I had to be excessively persistent and make a real nuisance of myself before they would finally admit that they weren’t going to do anything for me. They were very unapologetic. They wanted me to bring the car in to “look at” the battery, but refused to tell me what possible actions they would take if they agreed that there was a problem with it. Basically, they wanted me to commit my whole family to a full day of travelling and diagnostics with the reality being that they had no intention of making the situation right. They were just going to go through the motions. I had to have several e-mail exchanges and phone calls before I finally got them to admit that if they agreed the battery was seriously degraded, it wouldn’t matter. I posted on a Nissan Leaf enthusiast forum about the car and I was told by the people there that my car should rightfully be considered “defective” and Karl Malone Toyota had no business selling it in the first place. Nissan offers a warranty on their battery if it degrades more than 70% in 5 years or before 50,000 miles. In my case, my battery was degraded to somewhere between 55% and 62.5% with only 44,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, my battery was older than the 5 year window so it wasn’t eligible for the Nissan warranty. Karl Malone Toyota also gave me two key fobs and one of them didn’t work (dead battery?). They also refused to fix that. Unfortunately, the sales staff at Karl Malone Toyota just doesn’t know anything about electric cars. I think that is the root of this problem. I should have taken a hint when I asked the salesman if the battery was 24kWh as I understood it to be and he just sort of shrugged like he didn’t even know what I was talking about. That would have been the appropriate time for him to disclose to me that it is 24 kWh when “new”, but the car he was showing to me was closer to half of that. I think I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt by attributing that to ignorance rather than willful (i.e., criminal) deception. But I'll never know. I will never do business with Karl Malone Toyota and I would discourage anyone I know or anyone who asks from doing the same. A dealership is supposed to provide a level of reliability and peace of mind beyond what you can get from a “for sale by owner”, but Karl Malone Toyota seems to make no attempt to provide those dealership benefits. I would have been better off buying the car from a random stranger. More
Wouldn't get detailing done here I was having a side mirror replaced and then the body shop took it over to the service center to get it detailed. What was supposed to be a "3-5 hours I was having a side mirror replaced and then the body shop took it over to the service center to get it detailed. What was supposed to be a "3-5 hours" job took 11. I took my car in at 7am, was told it would be done by noon, and drove away from the service center at 5:57 pm. I started calling about an hour after they said it would be done, but could only leaves messages and only got to speak to someone after I called up at the body shop, instead of the service center, and was then transferred to an actual person in the service center. They also told me they couldn't shuttle me anymore and said, "You could take a lyft or Uber". I told them I didn't think i should have to pay for because it was not my fault that they didn't finish my car in time for me to catch the shuttle (that stops at 4pm). They agreed and sent a driver to pick me up. Detailing work was poor- this wont let me upload pictures, but I took some as son as I got into the car because it's what a regular car cleaning could do. They didn't even clean off that marker writing they put on the mirror to label what the car needed, so I had to do that, as well as cleaning some upholstery spots they missed when I got home. My seats and mats were still very wet (they had a cover for me to drive home though), but they were clearly rushed, which bothers me because they had my car all day. Not impressed and won't go back. Poor customer service and turn around time This is ,my second time sending in my car to change light bulbs and bear in mind it is a schedule appointment. Went there and the guy say oh changing This is ,my second time sending in my car to change light bulbs and bear in mind it is a schedule appointment. Went there and the guy say oh changing light bulbs and say it will take 2 -3 hours. I was shock. I check the video online and it takes only 10 mins. So due to time constraint I cancel the appoint and second time again it the service guy say 3 hours. Frustrated enough and went to autozone and bought a light bulb and change it myself and it takes 12 mins. Karl Malone was notorious about this and they think they are the only service dealer. If they continue to do business like this I think they will lost lots of business. More
