"Service with a Smile" My Ford Edge was in a heated garage and wouldn't start, so I got a jump start and drove it to Kayser's. I didn't want to turn off my vehicle, so I drove it into the service bay. Service manager said they wouldn't be able to get at it that day, but I could leave my vehicle. That wasn't an option for me, So I drove it over to the Quick Lane Service garage and explained my issue. That's when the Magic happened, Alex said we'll check your battery right away. Long story short, she was able to install a new battery (No Charge) and I was on my way. More

Trash. Just sloppy over all with the the oil change, fluids, tires.they didn’t even top off my fluids and called then out on it right after. While I was waiting I went into sales side after explaining to the salesman I had 8k either for a down payment or to pay off current car and for a trade in his “sales manager” mike came in with an attitude telling me based off my credit report i wouldn’t Ever pay it off, even though I have the money. Like whattttt I know they are just car salesman with not much education but wow. Take your business else where. Place is trash. Nolan was cool, hopefully he goes to more reputable place. More

Ford Escape Warranty Service My 2018 Ford Escape was leaking coolant so I called to make an appointment for warranty work. Although the dealership was booked out a few days, Paul My 2018 Ford Escape was leaking coolant so I called to make an appointment for warranty work. Although the dealership was booked out a few days, Paul said I could bring in my Escape that day since it wasn’t good to drive the vehicle with leaking coolant. He said he would try to squeeze me in for service and that I would be given a loaner. Brought it in and picked up the loaner. Got a call the next day and they found the problem, coolant was leaking from the engine block heater seal. Was told it would be a few more days because they had to order parts. Got a call the following day and my Escape was ready. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle was quick and easy. The service staff were friendly and knowledgeable plus my car was washed and clean inside. Overall a good experience. More
