Great Service Experience This is in regards to a 7:30 a.m. oil change appointment. Upon driving into the service area I was immediately greeted by one of the service consulant This is in regards to a 7:30 a.m. oil change appointment. Upon driving into the service area I was immediately greeted by one of the service consulants (sorry did not get the name). I was immediatly directed to Jessica who got me all checked in within a few minutes. She was very friendly, funny and professional and took time to get to know me a little bit -and what my concerns/needs were for this appointment. Within a hour the service was compelted and she came back to get me from the waiting area to go over the services provided. It was an excellent expeience from start to finish More
