They have at least a dozen vehicles that fit our price range where other places only had 3 to choose from. On top of our criteria for a vehicle, we were also on a time crunch to get a car. Keith at Ford was very helpful from the minute we drove into the lot. He let us look everything over and decide on our own pace but helped us to pick the right car for us! He was there with us for the whole process and was just so helpful, he answered all of our questions and was very easy going with us. We could tell he was there to help us drive away with what was right for us not just any car on the lot. More

The first time was with my daughter, Anamaria Arthur, to trade in her old vehicle for her present one. This trip was for myself, to trade in my truck for a smaller vehicle. I had the opportunity to work with Steven Newby, as my salesman, and Mike Belker as my financial man. They were both very helpful, very friendly, and very thorough with answering questions, and getting through the purchase. Extremely Disappointing I was looking for a certified pre owned Ford Escape and after driving over an hour to look at the vehicle I found online, the pictures left out many s I was looking for a certified pre owned Ford Escape and after driving over an hour to look at the vehicle I found online, the pictures left out many scrapes and scratches. I felt as though the salesman, Bill Braatz, was putting the pressure on me to purchase the vehicle that day without even recognizing my concerns about the condition of the car. I agreed to complete a credit application and in exchange he stated he would hold the vehicle and allow me to consider the purchase a few days longer. However, he texted me the next day (after I had already filled out the credit app) and informed me that he actually could not hold the vehicle per his Manager. I spoke with his manager, Kevin Woods, right away and let him know the agreement that Mr Braatz had made with me. I informed Mr Woods that I wanted my parents opinion on the vehicle before I purchased it and he told me that he felt I was old enough (I'm in my 20's) to purchase a vehicle without the opinion of my parents. I feel as though I, as a consumer, have the right to get the option of others before being pressured into buying a $20k + car with scratches and dents. After that conversation, I walked away from the car and the dealership and WILL NOT be back. I was able to find a nicer, Ford Certified Pre Owned car elsewhere with more options and $2,000 less. I would absolutely NOT reccomend Kayser Ford. More

The night before, we had gone to the dealership to check out the inventory and what we wanted to look at and test drive. After our test drive, my husband and I were sold on the SUV. Due to quite a few people arriving as well, it took longer to have us sign the paperwork. When it was time to sign our final paperwork, Mike Belken did an awesome job in organizing and having everything in order for a quick and efficient time - in and out the door. Even though it was a long day, we were satisfied and very happy with our new SUV purchase. More
