So as I waited for production dates to start I would have enjoyed more consistent proactive follow up during my long wait but always received a reactive call back. That is my only serious complaint they need to address. Otherwise this is a phenomenal dealership to work with and I left satisfied. Don went out of his way to take extra time to set me at ease and take care of things as I waited for my car to arrive and really treated me like extended family. The pick up, paperwork, and education process was absolutely flawless, an enjoyable experience that I can only say will be memorable as the best car experience you can hope to have. I had studied the manual before i arrived and i was still stunned at what i learned. Nick knew his stuff! He walked through the details of the vehicle with the heart of a teacher and more then enough knowledge necessary to explain all the cool technology purchased.
