By verify I mean that after driving 4.5 hours from MN, I drove another 45 minutes to the nearest Audi dealership, and the car was in exactly the condition Steve said it was. Kearns Motor Car Co, and in particular Steve and Austin (and Deadwood, of course) have won me over. Thank you Kearns, for being everything you say you are. Incredibly pleasant experience doing business with you! I would recommend your dealership to anyone. More

All Around Best Car Buying Experience We Have Had Ever After having no luck at our local dealership I found a truck online that interested me at Kearns. I called and spoke with Judy. She was very informative about the truck and set up an appointment for my wife and I with Amos for the next morning to look at it as we are an hour away from Johnson Creek. From the moment we met Amos we felt welcomed. No PRESSURE. He answered all our questions. He even went to get an answer on one he wasn't sure about. He went above and beyond what was expected. No B.S like you get from some dealerships. We ended up buying the truck. From the moment we arrived on the lot to driving away with our truck we had a positive, friendly experience. Well worth the hour drive. We will definitely be going to Kearns for our next vehicle. A+++ to Amos and all the Kearns staff we worked with. Thank You again for our great experience with you. More

Poor communication I purchased my 2015 Cadillac Escalade and immediately after leaving the lot I discovered the Cruise and nav didn't work. I called the sales associate I purchased my 2015 Cadillac Escalade and immediately after leaving the lot I discovered the Cruise and nav didn't work. I called the sales associate who assisted my purchase (Jeff Green), he said he would look into and call me right back. After not hearing back from him after a few phone calls I spoke with someone else who was super helpful and took care of the issues. Fast forward a couple weeks later I had ordered replacement plates and to my surprise the dealership transfered the wrong plates. I once again called Jeff Green and informed him of the situation and he assured me that he would take care of it and call me the next day. After not hearing from him by 3pm the next day I called the dealership. He apparently stepped out but I was once again reassured that he would call me back within 5 minutes. It's now 7pm and they are closed and still no call. I guess I will have to put on the plates that they registered or risk running another week with illegal plates which is actually a hefty fine. If you buy from this dealership, which I have no issue with the dealership itself, just don't purchase a vehicle from Jeff Green! He was also very pushy during the sale and said he wouldn't give me a bill of sale to take to my bank unless I put $1k down. More
