I asked about a $12 mistake as I was not charged enough. Rather than say oh thanks for pointing it out they made sure I paid. My last service there I wouldn't even give a zero rating. I give Tommy Shafer 5 Stars as a sales person. He knows his products, he knows how to treat you well, shows he cares about you and your needs, and most of all, makes buying a vehicle easy. I was overall impressed. I felt welcomed and can tell that a great focus is placed on customer service. I experienced that in particular with my sales rep, Tommy Shafer, who I felt welcomed and can tell that a great focus is placed on customer service.
