Smart Consumers ARE NOT Welcome! If you use resources like NADA & KBB you are not welcome. We used NADA & KBB to put forth a price and were fully willing to negotiate on price(no it w If you use resources like NADA & KBB you are not welcome. NADA priced the vehicle at 2,000 below their asking price and KBB priced it at a 1,00 below along with CarFax listing the vehicle at Fair Price(maybe CarFax isn’t reliable?). In addition, these resources are pretty thorough considering most banks use these pricing tools when considering loans(I know this because I have family members that work at dealership in the finance area – so I didn’t pull this information out of nowhere). When we put forth our price we were told that we did not include all the features when doing our price check, however, I assure you we checked everything you possibly could and even put a lower mileage in. Which was then met with the comment that all their prices are Net Prices and they don’t negotiate and that the price we offered is what they had into it, which is funny because that means you left yourself a $1,500 profit margin - yes I know accounting jargon as well. We were also told that they would sell the vehicle just fine at the asking price and they could possibly knock off a couple hundred if we didn't want the vehicle cleaned. We should have seen this coming as the salesperson was just as irritated when we were testing driving and were making sure that all the features worked including the 4x4, sorry, but that's being a smart consumer. I'm not going to wait until there's X amount of snow on the ground before I try the 4x4. In fact the words were 'Well when we safety we make sure everything works'. In today's world being a smart consumer should not be met with sarcasm. I also didn't know being ready to write a check on the spot meant that we were 'less than' because it wasn't full ask. Thank you for showing your true colors I will go spend $20,000 elsewhere. More

Impala Search I am not an Internet guy. I use it as a tool for what I need. I travel for a living and had the opportunity to have my wife with me to search Car Guru I am not an Internet guy. I use it as a tool for what I need. I travel for a living and had the opportunity to have my wife with me to search Car Gurus. We had spoke with many dealers along our trip with many inexperienced individuals. Sorry I am a Gear Head and I know what I want and for how much I really want to pay. My wife contacted Kearns by phone and had the initial contact with Judy Juneau. After a few minutes of over hearing there conversation. I asked my wife to put Miss Judy on speaker so I could ask specific questions. I was shocked to find some one that dialed in every detail I asked about in a very professional friendly manner and was Technical enough for me to find some comfort with the potential purchase. Judy delivered a quote to us via text in 20 minutes. My wife and I said Whoa!...I followed up with a visit This is not your normal dealership. I was impressed. But little nervous. I met with my Sales Assignee Danny Williams. We hit it off and I did not make him flinch as I crawled over the Impala...He stopped me and said...Sir I will put the vehicle on the rack for you right now and get you a flash light...this young man is my daughters age 22 years old and has a clue on how to treat potential customers. I like it!!! I spent 40 years in customer service. I know how to keep my business. Danny will succeed in what ever he chooses to do. Bottom Line I finished with Kiefer and Gunner called them both out I had questions and they finished the deal with me. Very professional and good to deal with...Bought the car and the warranty. I fix my own cars but lets see how the rest of support goes. I am hopeful if it is good so I can have a dealer that I trust to buy more vehicles from.
