Essan, finance manager at this location, he was swift, knowlagable and had an incredible adaptability understanding clients. His uncanny ability to know what the client wants before they tell him put me in very comfortable position closing a deal, at the end of the day. That place was pretty busy when I walked in; I met with Frank who is an exceptional human being, let alone an incredible sales associate. Frank was able to answer all my questions, showing me around the huge lot they have in Kearny Mesa. After my entire inquisition ended, the vehicle was selected. Now it was time to talk serious money!!! I strapped in for hard & long negotiation. In less than 10 minutes I was introduced with Essan .....conversation started, time flown by fas!! I know now the reason; it was the contentment inside me. Essan's incredible knowledge, his character and his sincerity and flexibility helped me to get the best deal. Over all experience was fantastic, from the first call I got from Veronica in the customer relation department responding to my internet inquiry, all the way to finalizing the deal with Essan the Finance manager was perfect. Amazing Service Since moving to San Diego just 6 weeks ago, I was getting ripped off on prices and cars left and right in the area. I dealt with at least 5 dealers an Since moving to San Diego just 6 weeks ago, I was getting ripped off on prices and cars left and right in the area. I dealt with at least 5 dealers and they ALL were super shady places. One dealer almost stuck me with a vehicle that was severely damaged internally. I was completely fed up with looking and was going to give up. On November 2nd, 2014, Jenni Kendall called me while I was on my way home. I had inquired about a 2012 Honda Civic Si that they listed on cars.com. She told me that they were open (even though it was Sunday) and I could come test drive the car if I wanted. I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. The price for the car was just right (I know dealers have to make some money from cars but others are a bit excessive). Lower than any similar vehicle in the area by about $2,500. I arrived and immediately felt that they could be trusted. All the maintenance records were sitting in the car waiting for me, it was nice and clean, Jenni even knew details about the car to tell me throughout our test drive (even though I am a car enthusiast and know about this car already). I slowly began to trust in dealerships again and I had only been in her presence for about 10 minutes at this point. She let me test drive it for 10-15 minutes and I knew I wanted it. She worked with me on trading in my old car and fought to get her manager to pay off the entire loan for me. Jenni also was very friendly and seemed very genuine during this entire encounter. About an hour later, I was pulling off the lot with my new car, all washed and cleaned. JEnni even helped me carry some of my stuff from my old car to my new one. They even held my old car for an extra day to let me get my sub system out of it. What makes me write this review though, is not just that experience, but the experience AFTER I purchased the car. Since then I have had some small issues with the loan pay off on my old car (which she promptly took care of), low tire pressure (which was fixed 15 minutes after I called and told her about it), and even for additional parts to get installed on my car which she directed me to the proper sources to get it taken care of. Not only did I get a new car from this dealer,I got to meet an amazing sales person who I now consider a friend of mine. I would absolutely buy from this dealer again and I would recommend ANY friend of mine to do the same. There is so much more I could say about this establishment along with its respectful and honest employees, but I'll let you find out for yourself when you visit them. Impeccable Service I HAD a Saturn with three major recalls and thanks to Jimmie Johnson Kearny Mesa Chevrolet I no longer have to stress about my safety. My recall was to be done at another dealership, however I was very scared to be driving this vehicle because my ignition would turn off while driving and lost my power steering while driving on freeway. I was interested in trading it in but the dealership in National City was not helpful only wanting the sale and had me stressed. I called Jimmie Johnson and from the start it was wonderful. I was treated like a VIP from the Service department and Sales department. They are standing behind everything GM is offering to make the right and I left the Saturn there and drove off in my BRAND NEW 2014 Cruze. I want to give a big thanks to all the staff at Jimmie Johnson and I am very proud to say that GM fixes the errors and you have a very proud Chevy owner in me. Thank you all! More

I never thought about purchasing a Chevrolet until My wife and I are savers, but we definitely buy with quality in mind. We were looking for a newer-used hybrid Hyundai Sonata. We test drove one, drove a Brsnd new Ford Fusion, and went to Jimmy Johnsin Chevrolet to look at another Sonata. We were pleasantly greeted by a young car salesman named Joe Piza, however he regretfully informed us that the car we sought had been moved. We gave him a little more info about what we wanted in a car, and he asked if we would consider looking at a Chevrolet. We had an agenda to stick to, having a few more Sonatas lined up to look at and drive, but we gave him a shot. He shiwed a few Cars in the Cruze line, but the primary reason we were looking for a Sonata was because the hybrid versions got fantastic gas mileage. He got excited and asked if he could show me 1 more car before we left. We agreed, and Then the unexpected happened. I fell in love with a Chevrolet Cruz, Diesel. He showed us the comparisons of the Hybrid MPG vs. a Diesel, and I have to say I was impressed. Unfortunately they only had 2 left that were 14's, and they were the top models... Just beyond our budget. They asked us to give them a chance to see what they can work out, and we agreed. Now, we had our three young kids with us at the time, and they were getting antsy, but Joe got them some popcorn and coloring books and they were set so we could talk business in peace. My wife and I are not hagglers, and we let them know up front that we didn't have time to waste. Joe did everything he could to get us into that car, but we just couldn't settle due to our finances. He asked us one last favor, to allow the sales manager to talk with us instead of walking out on a great opportunity. We agreed, and then we met Brian Burgett. He was very straight forward and wanted to sell us a car. And he found a way to make it happen, meanwhile Joe was playing with our kids who began to get stir crazy. Joe was utterly fantastic in keeping them occupied so that we could close without disruption. I am still amazed at the depth they went to in order to not lose a sale. We had already turned down 2 other car offers that day that were a God deal. We bought from Jimmy Johnson because of many reasons, but the primary reason was how Joe helped us, first with the car, and then with our kids. He is a great person. The last thing I wanted to mention is this; By the time we left, it was around 8 pm. Every single remaining employee was gathered and waiting for us to exit the building with a round of applause and congratulations. They truly made our car buying experience a great one.
