Fantastic service by Bil and the team! Kearney Mesa Jeep is ok. Alfonso made it a much better experience. He was prompt with follow-up and even helped sort through some warranty challenges with Mopar to make it right. I appreciate everything he did and could do for me. I do think the dealership itself is a bit unorganized and haphazard when it comes to checking people into the service center. Their call center is very disjointed including their automated system you have to navigate through over the phone. The service desk is tight, unorganized and dated. However, the people in the trenches like Alfonso are great and would likely be much better served (and be able to improve the service to their customer) with better tools, resources and organization which should be led & driven my the dealerships management and executives. I've got to say though with all that being said, they are much better than the other Jeep dealership in Fashion Valley. However, they pale in comparison to dealerships like Mossy who we've also done a good bit of work with over the years. Alfonso gets a 9/10 but the dealership itself gets a 7/10. More
