Drew is a gem and great advertisement for Keeler BMW. Drew answered all of our questions and handled our pickup [from Albany airport no less]. Subsequent to our pickup , on several occasions, Drew has help us get better use out of our BMW by meeting with us and instructing us about the use of functions of the car that were somewhat bewildering. He even offered to come to our house and set up the remote garage door opener, but we thought that that was way beyond the call of duty. I was interested in the BMW X1. When I called the Keeler dealership I was lucky enough to have Drew McKeough answer my call. I told him that I had seen they had new inventory and I was interested. He had one of the sales people who own an X1 drive in so that I could have the driving experience. This to me, was above and beyond any sales experience I have ever had. The sales negotiation was fair and professional. He was not aggressive in any way, very knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic as I was about my new Beemer. Drew was very knowledgeable about the product and when my new car arrived gave me all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with my new car.
