During detail, someone damaged top of jeep causing top to have to be repainted. Large spot of paint through top coat was gone. When arrived to get vechile after painting, no one could find it or the keys. Wh More

Please note that these issues were ongoing after your new management had taken over. So that is not a solution or a fix to any of the recent issues. I hope that you can work to fix ALL of your issues within the dealership. It seems that one person in particular is ripping people off by adding hidden costs during financing. Your only asset at the entire place is James, the knowledgable and personable salesman. This has been the worst car buying experience ever!
