Richie completely blew us away with his willingness to find exactly what vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted to pay (which can seem impossible almost anywhere else you go). After initially shopping around and comparing prices at other locations, Richie quickly eliminated any need I felt to go elsewhere. Richie, Mike and Andy Bell in Finance were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest from start to finish and left us totally impressed. There was absolutely nothing more we could ask for and we're certain we've found where we'll be buying all of our vehicles in the future thanks to Richie, Mike and the rest of the staff at Keffer CJDR. From that I received many e-mails, calls etc from every dealer in the area. That said only one dealer’s sales person took the time to actually do his research and found my info in their system, that was Mark Dollard. Due to that I choose Mark and Keffer to work with. Mark made the process easy, he seemed generally interested in me and my needs related to purchasing the Ram 2500. I would highly recommend Mark and Keffer to work within your next purchase of a new Jeep/Truck/Car. I will seek him out again in the future. Awful experience...after the deal was made! Have purchased (leased) numerous new vehicles from this dealership over the past 12 years. Previous experiences have been ok but this latest experienc Have purchased (leased) numerous new vehicles from this dealership over the past 12 years. Previous experiences have been ok but this latest experience has changed my opinion of this dealership and I will not return. Keffer Jeep uses your typical dealership model...work with a sales person on selection...lots of back and forth "man befind the curtain" negotiations to reach a deal...then the long wait and condescending attitude of the finance director...then a fairly lengthy wait for delivery prep...then finally the keys. My latest experience took about 4-5 hours with with at least 1/2 of that time spent waiting. This dealership is in serious need of retooling especially in the Finance Department. I will exceed, buy far, the alloted space for this review just trying to describe the level of incompetence this department exhibits to just process a maturing lease turn-in originated by this dealership and setting up a new lease using a vendor (bank) they chose! I have a three digit credit score beginning with an 8! I was turning in a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in pristine condition with only 11,000 miles. I was leasing a new 2015 Grand Cherokee on their lot with 34 miles. They chose to use USBank as the leasing agent. The same company used for the 2012 Jeep. So I already had an established perfect realtionship with the leading agent. How much simpler could it be!?! The result... The deal was signed on Dec 12, 2014. Its now January 21, 2015. The old lease has yet to be paid off and terminated by Keffer. The Bank thinks I still have the car and continue to bill me the monthly lease payment. They call every other day asking for a decision on lease termination options.Even though I traded in this vehicle over a month ago. I keep telling the Bank that i traded in the car but they say they have no evidence of this from Keffer. I have yet to be billed for the new 2015 Jeep enen though the car has been in my driveway for over a month. The bank says they have no record of this new lease. The effort to get this resolved with Keffer is like working with the "Keystone Cops". From the GM on down they seem to lack desire, urgency and expertise. Now here we are some 40 days later and we are still at the starting gate. Now my awesome credit rating is at risk because of this dealership's incompetence! Summary...Throughout the entire engagement every Keffer representative seemed fixated on receiving and accepting no less than a 5 on customer reviews. I would suggest they focus at least an equal amount of attention/demand on improving execution. Then perhaps they could work their way up to a mediocre "3". Short of firing some incompetents, they have a rough row to hoe to get to truly earn a "5"! BUYER BEWARE,, More
