I'll have to say that it was by far the best customer experience I have ever had. Truthfully, it felt more like discussing an important financial decision with a family member than it did dealing with any kind of salesman, let alone a car salesman...no offense. I Truly hop I'll be purchasing my next car from Keffer, but more importantly I truly hope to purchase my next car from the General!!! More

I was very impressed with the beautifully decorated showroom, complimentary food and beverages, and the abundance of vehicles on the lot. General Washington Jr. did an exceptional job at finding me exactly what I wanted. General has excellent customer service skills as he was professional, courteous and very attentive. KCJDR has an abundance of beautiful vehicles on the lot and General Washington Jr. was very knowledgeable of each and every vehicle. There was so much to choose from and he was so patient with me as to I wanted to look at all the vehicles and I didn't feel rushed or pressured with him at all. Once I decided on a vehicle we sat right down to handle business, there was no wait time and the process went very smooth. General Washington Jr. did a great job at being able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my vehicle. What an Awesome Experience!!!! We purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot High Altitude from Leo and Shaun yesterday and it was an incredible experience... A little bit of background. We had done the research and found the exact model that we wanted walking into the dealership. (it was cold outside and we didn't want to be outside wandering the dealership trying to figure it out) as soon as we got there we were approached by Shaun not in a pushy way either he just asked us if we needed help and that he wanted to make sure no one was out in the cold when they needed help (very kind, and polite.) So we came inside and showed him all of our paperwork on what we wanted and he looked it up while Leo got all of our info. It was a seamlessly quick and easy process while the credit was being run and they were working on financing we took the car for a test drive. Leo was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and its features. Once we were approved Shaun took over and worked with us on all the financing details answering all our questions no matter how small or stupid they were. Over all I would give the dealership, Leo, & Shaun a 10/10 What a great place to buy a car! Thank You Sooo Much! More

My husband was upset about trading in his Charger at first but the Chrysler Town and Country has definitely won him over. We actually have friends looking to trade in their caravan now!! More

Great experience Today I came into Keffer on East Independence in Charlotte to inquire about trading in my car for another, either newer pre-owned, or brand new car. I was with my Mother, and we were promptly greeted by Mike Lewis, who brought us to his desk to discuss what we were looking to do. He was very friendly, as was every employee that we were in contact with throughout the day. Mike showed us around the lot, answered every question, showed us every single option within my budget, and was nothing but patient throughout our long day....... Car buying can be an all day event, but neither Mike, nor anyone else were pushing, or rushing us. After all, I ended up trading my old car, and leaving with a brand new 2015 Jeep Patriot. Everyone was congratulating me on my purchase, and were genuinely happy that I was able to purchase my first brand new car. Mike and his associates, especially Richie (sales manager) were more than helpful and accommodating. I am very happy that I chose Keffer, and would recommend this dealership and Mike Lewis to anyone.
