Came in as a cash buyer and was not treated fairly at this dealership. The moment we walked in it was obvious the sales agent did not view us as a potential buyer (for whatever reason). Sales agent could not answer basic questions about the vehicle and tried to pass off a used Mazda 6 as certified pre-owned (it wasn’t). Would not negotiate and basically pushed us out the door even though we were ready to buy at the right price that day. The entire interaction was strange and we felt disrespected. I hope they don’t treat all their customers like this. More
