The initial part of the sale was fine - the test drives went well and Kima was patient as I wanted to look at a number of different models. Negotiations were handled well. However, the car I bought was l went well and Kima was patient as I wanted to look at a number of different models. Negotiations were handled well. However, the car I bought was loaned out to someone getting their car serviced while I was signing the papers, even though I saw the car with the sold sticker on it. I was provided a loaner in the meantime, which was appreciated. Every day I was told the car would be ready the next day. No other compensation was provided, even though it was the dealership's mistake. The manager promised to deliver the car, which was not done (no transporters were available). After signing the papers to purchase the car, it was another week before I was able to take possession of it because someone else was driving it. This unprofessional experience definitely has tainted my new car purchase. More
