Robert was very friendly and helpful when we told him we were just there to 'look' at the CX9. There was no pressure, he explained everything about the car, asked us if we wanted to take it for a test drive, and even though we had no plans to trade our lease in, we were so impressed with the car and Robert's salesmanship, we were SOLD!! We also worked with Shane Weaver who was great and Randy Lodato in the finance dept. The GM, Elite Trice, came over just to introduce himself and welcome us to Keffer!
