Stress-free car buying experience I went to Keffer Mazda simply to look at a car with no intentions of buying. He was ethical and honest in the offer process and I ended up purchasing the next day. I contacted the dealership via internet because I was looking for a particular vehicle that they seemed to have. I drove for over 200 miles to test drive a 2018 Miata RF Grand Touring and I bought it, despite the horrible experience and total chaos from start to finish. The car had to be detailed and had to be kept to do so...why wasn't I told that before???? That was on Saturday.....after the car not arriving as promised on Tuesday, I became again disappointed....then I waited on Wednesday until 8:20 pm....it was dark so I really couldn't see the detailing I had waited for. By the way, I contacted the dealership beginning at 3pm since that's when I was scheduled to get the car....they lied to me repeatedly and made all kinds of excuses as to why I did not yet have the car that I HAD PAID CASH FOR. It finally arrived and was filthy, with an eighth of a tank of gas, and smelled like cabbage on the inside....where's my new car smell? Apparently gone with the 80 year old men that drove it to me. By the way, they did not give me the opportunity to have it delivered on a truck....I probably lost those 200+ miles on my warranty too. Needless to say me experience with KEFFER MAZDA was far less than even adequate. I love the car, byt am still reeling about the dealer experience.....On an end note, the general manager called me while I was still waiting on the car and promised to call back the next day to make sure I felt better about the situation...he did not call and I do NOT feel better! While the process was lengthy (about a 50/50 split between me & Keffer resulting in delays), I was never pressured & I was treated with respect. I have 3 friends that purchased Mazda's from Keffer. They recommended both Mazda cars & Keffer. I would recommend Keffer & my sales person - he worked very hard for me. I am not an easy person to please, sometimes unreasonable. My sales person maintained his professionalism throughout the process. I'll be back - hopefully, they'll let me in the door. More

We have had really bad experiences and had taken to purchasing used cars from a place with no haggling. Kenny Robinson is one of the finest men I've ever met. He is honest, straight to the point and he told me how much the car would cost, and that's exactly what it was sold to me for. He worked very hard to make me happy and I will definitely be recommending the Keffer dealership to everyone I know. I will also come back when it is time to buy another car. Completely Clueless, will not return! I have an out of state vehicle which requires an annual North Carolina Inspection. On 06/7/18 I brought my Mazda 6 in to have the inspection done. E I have an out of state vehicle which requires an annual North Carolina Inspection. On 06/7/18 I brought my Mazda 6 in to have the inspection done. Everything was fine with the vehicle, with the exception of the failed tires. I was instructed to order them in advance and make an appointment to come back and have it completed. On 06/14/18 I called and spoke with a service associate to have the tires ordered as well as schedule the appointment. The appointment was made for Saturday 06/16/18 at 12pm. I was called in to work Saturday, so my mom was sent in my place to the appointment. She arrived before the scheduled time, checking in the vehicle with the associates. The tires were taken off the vehicle only for her to find out that the service could not be performed. The associates exact words were we are sorry, the tires were sent back but you can come back next Saturday. As a customer I am extremely disappointed in the level of service received. The gas and time were unnecessarily wasted driving to a SCHEDULED appointment. We are all human and make mistakes, however the way its corrected makes the difference. Common courtesy would have been to call prior and inform that an error occurred, and a reschedule would be made. I have yet to receive a call, or any form of communication from the service department, which is a poor representation of Mazda. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future endeavors or recommending it for that matter. More
