Every employee I encountered was very friendly and eager to help. However, we dealt with a lot of complication in being passed among 3 different salespeople, waiting 3.5+ hours for financing, almost not re to help. However, we dealt with a lot of complication in being passed among 3 different salespeople, waiting 3.5+ hours for financing, almost not receiving the full price of the lojack off in the final pricing, and having my initial deposit lost with the departure of a salesman. I believe that this turbulence was likely due to a rough time with employee turnover and not indicative of the quality of employees, but still felt a little bit on the short end of the stick. To bring things around, Big Swede was very helpful and kept us laughing after a 4-hour stint in the Mazda dealership. More
