A 2022 Maverick (hybrid) was posted on their website that they do not have for sale. It is totally misleading. I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this particular dealership. The 1st time should have been my last time. I called regarding a replacement tire. I travel for work and my time is limited. I was told that it could be done the next morning and I would receive a call the following morning to bring it in. I just needed to pay in advance. Done! The next morning I received a call from Rick telling me that my car was scheduled for 4 pm. I reminded him of yesterday’s discussion. He then told me that I could bring it but it would not be worked on until 4 pm. If I didn’t bring it on time, it would not be worked on until next week. I went to the dealership to request a refund. I was already behind my schedule. I spoke with Rick and once again expressed my circumstances. He then asked me how I was going anywhere with a bad tire. 🤬🤬 Unbelievable!!! I endured his unsatisfactory attitude and then they charged me an $80 restocking fee. I asked to see the tire and it has yet to be produced. I don’t believe it was ever there and that’s why they wanted me to wait until the end of the day. Trust me this is the last essay for this dealership. I’ve never had a problem with HENDRICKS. More

I was not going to write a review because as momma said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. However, as I am about three weeks out from my purchase and my windshield still has not be if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. They make you feel welcome and cared for while you are in the car buy process. They reach out before the appointment time and tend to you very well while you are there. As far as the staff on a personal level wonderful people I am sure. The vehicle I encouraged to purchase I would say should not have been even offered in its condition. The windshield was cracked from side to side. It had an oder that I would later come to find was from both dead and live roaches in the cab of my truck. I quickly found that my radio did not work in my 2020 truck which I found unsatisfactory on many levels. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle by all means they will get you in one. If you are looking for a used vehicle do what I should have done and inspect it very well. Do not get me wrong I am at fault for placing my trust on others over my own inspection and that is on me but I expected more from a brand dealership. More
I bought my 1st luxury car from this dealership yesterday. The moment i pulled up i was greeted by Eddie. I had a mixed experience with Keith Hawthorne. Nice employees, and never had any issue with my actual time at the dealership. However, after ordering my Ford Bronco through them it became very difficult to get a hold of people. I was frequently told that I'd be called back and not hear anything, they would rarely have any new/useful info to share with me, and there was a month delay between providing them with the order form (and a $1000 deposit) and my order being actually placed with Ford. Overall frustrating experience, but they were able to get my car to me and I'm happy with it. Likely won't come back in the future, however, as I feel confident that I can find better customer service and a better buying experience elsewhere. As I note below, my original salesperson left the dealership and I believe that could have added to the missed communication. More
