Horrible Experience Last Saturday, my family and I drove in the parking lot aprox. at closing time. Pulled up to a gentleman Jason?. I rolled down my window and asked if Last Saturday, my family and I drove in the parking lot aprox. at closing time. Pulled up to a gentleman Jason?. I rolled down my window and asked if they are open. He replied with a firm "No". Did not invite us to come back the following day during opening hours. He just turned around and walked away. Strike 1! On Sunday we stopped by again around 2pm. We could see 3 sales people on the lot. One was already working with a couple. My family and I proceeded to walk the lot and look at the inventory. One sales person walked by us twice; looked at us; did not say a word it was the gentleman from the night before, when I called to find out his name I was told the "Jason I described was Jason Key. Strike 2! Few minutes later, another employee drove by us; parked the car; looked at us and walked in the building. No acknowledgement. Strike 3! Another employee drove another car. Parked it in the lot, walked to the front office and talked to other co-workers. Did not acknowledge us or ask if we were being helped. Strike 4! We got back in our car and left the lot; headed straight to the dealership down Blanding picked two cars that caught our attention. We will be buying one of them for our daughter and we will be going back to buy one for my wife later. We will not consider Keith Pierson ever again. More

Superb Experience I have been purchasing vehicles since 1970. This was the most atypical experience I've ever had. I commented to "Sam" that " you'all" are having way too much fun." No pressure - rather, trying to identify and select the vehicle my wife and I really wanted. To that end, Sam was the quintessential professional. We were planning on visiting 2 dealerships to review two different SUV's, but never left Keith Pierson - thanks to Sam!! We now have a RAV4 SE with all the features we were looking for, at a very competitive price. The "culture" at Keith Pierson Toyota is all about the customer. Outstanding!! More

Horrendous My 19 year old college student had a repair patch put on his tire a month ago. I personally asked his advisor John Elliot how long is the patch good for ,his response was a very long time, the length of his tire life. I felt great that I asked and received a response like that knowing my son will be safe per you service advisor. Yesterday the tire indicator light came on, I called in to the service dept. Grant it ,it was 5:00 and they informed me they close at 6:00. So if he could get there before 6 they would see him. Unfortunately he got John Elliot again. My son explained to to John the reason for his visit ,john immediately said ok let's go get you a new tire. ????? What!! When my son said he couldn't do that at the moment he was turned away. My 19 year old son was turned away over a patch. Was it that John didn't want to stay after 6 or he didn't want to do the paperwork. He put my child in potential danger ,didn't even have my son's car looked at. And this is the award winning service you provide? I couldn't be there with him I just had major surgery and am unable to walk. This is how you treat a young person. He didn't purchase his Camry at your dealership ,but I purchased my car there. Is that the problem. I have a very hard time wrapping my head around the reason John turned him away ,and didn't have the car looked at. This isn't the first time John has given poor service, it's appalling to me as his mother , I was so upset that he was treated like that . John jeopardized my son's safety, and had no problem doing it. More
