Best car buying experience we've ever had!!! We found a 2014 SRX on line that we liked. We called the dealership and let them know when we would be able to come and see it. When we got there th We found a 2014 SRX on line that we liked. We called the dealership and let them know when we would be able to come and see it. When we got there the car was parked right in front ready for us. From the time we walked through the door the experience was amazing. From the start they made us feel like they were taking care of us, not just selling us a car. After we purchased the vehicle Marc Gagliardi spent about 30-45 minutes with us showing us all the different features of the car. I've never had that kind of service after the sale. I would highly recommend Kelly Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and we will definitely go back to them in the future. More

Great Experience it was time to replace our 2013 Cadillac XTS. We seated he internet looking for a 2019 Cadillac XTS and Kelly Cadillac had two on the lot that fit our it was time to replace our 2013 Cadillac XTS. We seated he internet looking for a 2019 Cadillac XTS and Kelly Cadillac had two on the lot that fit our requirements for color and options. We stopped by Kelly Cadillac and found the people to be extremely friendly, knowledgable, and ready to answer our questions. Within an hour, we signed the papers for a new Cadillac and were surprised at all the offers for discounts including the Costco Member discount which we were not aware of.
