Who buys a Cadillac online sitght unseen, and is happy? ME I was looking for a particular year, make, model, and even color Cadillac. Fate brought me to Marc Gagliardi and Kelly Cadillac. Marc told me the 2009 xxx I was interested in was so clean that it was in the showroom. I still wasn't convinced. So Marc took not one but three videos on two different days and sent them to me. All of this after 5pm. He also put up with at least 20 e-mails and literally the same in phone calls as Kay can attest. She took all my call pleasantly and always said thank you, every single time. There wasn't a week link in the whole dealership. Even the truck driver that delivered the vehicle said "Man those were some nice people" Kudos to the Kelly family that cares enough, to be sure that all purchases are this successful.
