Julie was very well informed about the vehicle even though it was not a make that she normally sells. She had definitely done her homework and had an answer to every question that we had. This car buying experience was so easy, and actually fun! Julie was matter of fact, up front & very genuine. On the last line of the "we owe" (the customer) sheet - he wrote "continued great service." I thought that was very thoughtful - it made me smile. They both also stayed after closing time until I ran back home to grab some items to complete the sale that day, just so I could take the car home that night.
