Outstanding Service Doug was our service manager and provided us with a very efficient and professional experience for the warranty Recall work on our ATS. When we were ready to close the deal, we had the opportunity to work with Glenn Davis, who was very knowledgeable and gave careful attention to detail regarding the transaction. Approximately eleven days past the dealer warranty date, we discovered there were some major issues with the vehicle; Scott Hansen, who was very understanding and accommodating, gave us the good news that Kelly Cadillac would cover the entire expense to make the repairs and that it would not cost a cent. He also loaned us a brand new Cadillac to drive while the repairs were being made. There are no words to express our gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kelly Cadillac! More

You can Look forward to fruit and breakfast items through the week, coffee, and soda on the house. The waiting room is comfortable, and if your lucky even the owner will stop by just to say hi and thank you for your business. They wash my car for me every time. I was once unhappy about a trim piece after an install and they fixed it free of charge, great service, great people. I would recommend buying your next car here, that's why I felt it was worth leaving this review. More
