How car buying should really be I walked into the Kelly dealer no expecting to walk out with a new car but i had no clue how easy it really could. Also thanks to my salesman i had an absolute blast. my salesman Tony B was extremely knowledgeable about all the trucks on the lot and could really get into detail when i found the car on the lot i been eyeing up for a while. Needless to say even when u walk in a dealer at 7pm dont start thinking they are gonna rush yo u into buy or tell you to come back another day. everybody at the dealership was very professional and they all had a real smile on the faces and love there job making the car buying experience a blast. Outstanding Customer Service I arrived at the dealership on a week night, 20 minutes before closing, after leaving (a little disgruntled) from a competing dealership. I was just hoping to see their inventory and maybe come back another day. Luckily I was greeted by Jeff who treated me as a priority, not the clock. Needles to say, that night within one hour, with the help of the professional staff and minimal negotiation, I was able to get a great price on my trade and a great monthly lease payments on my new Jeep. The whole process was great. As someone who tried Kelly in the past and went somewhere else, I am happy say it was their inventory that brought me back again and their sales staff, especially Jeff that made me a future repeat customer.
