This has been by far the most memorable car purchasing experience I have had so far. I knew that I wanted an SUV , but was not sure exactly which make or model that I preferred. Mr Crail let me drive 3 of them , and was more than patient as he took the time to show me every model. In my past experience with sales people they have tended to become pushy , and more than impatient when you do not say yes right away, but this was not the case with Robert. After we selected the Jeep of choice Robert showed me what he referred to as the vehicle report card. He actually made me copies of the report to show my husband. Two days later I , and my husband returned to Kelly ,and Robert re showed us the Jeep , and made my spouse drop his guard to the point where he was actually laughing and joking with Robert. I am happy with my Compass , and plan to drive it for a long time. Thank you Robert. More
