Upon entering the service bay and entering the service department, I was greeted warmly and tended to promptly. I was given a approximate wait time of 45 minutes and proceeded to sit down in the waiting area (after being offered a beverage). Approximately 20 minutes had passed and I was approached by Dave Vrabel who informed me that my vehicle was ready to go. He spent the time to address what was covered with my car during the visit, allow me to ask questions, as well as to extend his personal business card if I had any questions or issues after I left.
