Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about his vehicles. But please trust that this is a very objective review of both Joe and the dealership. They listen to what you have to say and they work, very hard, to get you into the car you want. I felt like my family received a no-bs assessment of our financial situation and received solid suggestions on the best course of action to purchase a new car and unload a lot of negative equity. This dealership works for you, not for some mystery man who hides behind a desk that is six feet above the sales floor. A final thought. As I sat in Joe's cubicle waiting for all of the numbers to get worked out (which was very quick btw) there must have been no less than five other employees walk by who asked me how I was or said, "good afternoon". I just wanted to mention how great the service department is. My check engine light came on my jeep while I was doing errands with my two kids the other day. He could of easily told me to come back tomorrow but he could sense that i was nervous about driving it so he called the local rental car place and got me a rental. the next day my car was fixed. Both Larry and Anthony were very helpful. Even though I really didn't need to upgrade from a 2010 to 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was given numbers I couldn't refuse. I was nervous and emotionally distraught because this was my first time buying a new van without my husband and Kara made the whole process a good experience for me. I went in to look for a new Ram truck. I was met by Kara who was very knowledgeable and friendly. During my visit, she learned of my background and very courteously introduced me to another sales associate who was very knowledgeable and friendly.
