I came to Kelly looking to purchase a new Jeep Compass. Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me all afternoon finding the right car at the right price. We owned an explorer with third row seating that we loved and bought at Kelly Ford in 2009. We loved the car but just wanted to check out some possible options. We originally came in thinking Kelly still sold Fords, however once we met with Brian and he told us they no longer sold Fords but had a great car for us we were open to new possibilities. We had our two little boys ages 3 and 5 with us and Brian was Great! He talked about the safety features of the car and even synced my ipod to the car during our test drive so the boys could listen to their favoirte pandora stations! He was very considerate of our time and understood that with two little boys in a car dealership we didnt' have all day. The boys needed a break so Brian suggested we take the car with us to grab dinner and let the boys run off some energy at Mcdonalds playland. Before we left for dinner we mentioned that we would be more interested in the White Dodge Durango that we were test driving if he had one in black somewhere on the lot. When we came back from our test drive and dinner a shiny BLACK Dodge durango was sitting at the entrance to the dealership. We went home to think it over and came back the next day to work out a deal. We didn't want to jump into getting a new car and thought we should shop around but Brian really took time to explain the car buying and leasing process to us until we felt comfortable. More

Both Larry and Zack exceeded our expectations in both price and customer service. We just came off a lease on a high end import and where looking for an american made suv. Kelly was the first dealer we v price and customer service. We just came off a lease on a high end import and where looking for an american made suv. Kelly was the first dealer we visited and had intensions of working the Lehigh Street auto mile. Larry greeted us and was very friendly ask what we where looking for and put us together with Zack. He showed us a few vehicles adn we where unsure about what we really wanted in both type and color. It was getting toward dusk and we found something we thought we might light but were unsure about the color. They let us take the vehicle home overnight so that we would be able to see it in the daytime. Zack called us at home to ask what we thought, we told him we where still not sold and would be coming back to the dealer to return the vehicle. When we got to the dealer we where 50/50 on looking at other makes and Zack let Larry know that. Larry sat down with us and wanted to know what he could do to get us in the vehicle. He gave us a new monthly rate lower than the original one we received during our firt visit and beat that by another $15 per month for a total of almost $50 less than the original number. Deal was done and Zack helped us close all the paperwork and went through the vehicle with us. This was one of the best vehicle purchase/lease experinces we have ever had.
