Tony took the time to explain where we were in the purchase process from the GM approval , finance options, warranty and even scheduled 1st oil change appointment. We took a tour of the service area and all this with the virus limitations. We were introduced to each person involved in the purchasing process and kept informed as we went through to final purchase. We did some comparison shopping at other dealerships and Kelly exceeded the competition. More
