Kelly Chrysler was a nice dealership tucked away in the Pennsylvania countryside. Our salesman Tony was a pleasure to deal with. Bait and switch, lying, changing deals at the last second... Here I got everything done over the phone. Got all the info up front. When we got to the dealer - everything was perfect. No games, no last minute fees, just the deal as we agreed on. Been buying cars for 44 years- This was a very good experience. Thanks again Tony! More

Dealership was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, however too many people were contacting me from the dealership; internet sales manager, used car sales manager, unknown texter and floor salesperson. however too many people were contacting me from the dealership; internet sales manager, used car sales manager, unknown texter and floor salesperson. This became confusing to me. Once this was sorted out, the overall sales process went well considering the steps needed due to the COVID-19 concerns. Also, on the day I went to pick up the vehicle, they were able to secure a better deal for me with one that just came out that morning. Overall good experience with a new salesperson. More
