I entered without a clear understanding on what service items I was due for. I never felt that I had to be in a "cautious" or defensive state of mind to assure I was not being "pressured" into more service - and more costs - than was appropriate. Dave carried on with conveying a strong sense of trust that has been the hallmark of my services dealings with Kelly Automotive since 2006. Also, Don Pryor, who was my sales representative when I bought the car, always follows up to assure that my initial sense of satisfaction is still there today. Everyone I have dealt with, including the body shop, service techs, and even the courtesy shuttle driver, work hard to give an experience that will keep me coming back with a sense of trust.
