Awesome service Derek was wonderful. I had to take the day off from work to deal with an issue with my key and was not looking forward to dealing with this as I just Derek was wonderful. Phil was great! I saw the Mustang I bought online and ended up falling in love with it. We called Phil before we came because we knew it would be close to closing tim I saw the Mustang I bought online and ended up falling in love with it. We called Phil before we came because we knew it would be close to closing time and he had told us that someone had recently ran into it during a test drive so we wouldn’t be able to take it home but could come by and see it. We did and fell in love even more and ended up buying the car that night. Phil made it quick and painless and even stayed past close just so we could get the car we wanted. He was in constant contact with us in the following week to let us know what was going on with the car while it was being fixed and called right away when it was ready. Phil is great and if you’re looking to buy a new or used Ford i highly recommend him and Kelly Ford! More

This car buying expereince was the best I have ever had. I was in the market for a used Ford dually. I saw one that was on the Kelly Ford website. I called and talked to Jesse and scheduled a time to come lo I was in the market for a used Ford dually. I saw one that was on the Kelly Ford website. I called and talked to Jesse and scheduled a time to come look at the truck. Upon arriving Jesse was tied up with another customer so Bob Doyle offered to assist me. Bob was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions. After the test drive we sat down to talk numbers and Bob got the manager Charlie involved and we were able to come to a fair price for my trade in and agreed on a price for the new (used) truck. I was using outside financing so I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to take the new truck home, after writing a check, while my financing went thru. Charlie also agreed to replace the tail gate step cap as it was cracked. I thought that was extremely nice as it was a used truck. At other dealerships I have purchased from in the past it would not have been replaced. I would like to say thank you to Bob and Charlie for this pleasant experience and my new truck. I will definitely recommend Kelly ford and will purchase from them again. More
