Most of you know how some places have salespeople that "pounce" on you as soon as you drive into the lot. When we arrived at Kelly Ford in Melbourne FL we were greeted by Jeffrey Donnelly and I mean "greeted", he wanted to know what we would like to do or what we needed. We traded in a car and bought a new Ford Escape. The transaction went smoothly and we felt that our business was valued. I want to mention the finance department also, Carlos Arciniegas was terrific. Uggggh...I was delightfully surprised by the initial encounter...It seemed he was there to help me with what I needed from my side and not the dealerships side...refreshing....I realize that this is a sales tatic but from a professional business mans side it proves to me that all dealerships are not alike.
