Secondly is your parts man, arquimedes fleitas. He knows what i need when I describe to him my problem. Having someone like that on your staff is so valuable to someone like me. We would also like to mention Tabby. Again, this is someone who you are very lucky to have. Always a smile and wants to help. She has high energy and makes you feel like you choose the right place to get your car serviced. We continue to bring both of our ford vehicles to Kelly only because of the folks there. Very pleasant experience I was really nervous about going car shopping because I didn't want to deal with a pushy car salesman so I had been putting it off for months. Today I I was really nervous about going car shopping because I didn't want to deal with a pushy car salesman so I had been putting it off for months. Today I finally decided to just get it over with. To my complete surprise we were not met with a pushy car salesman at all. Nikolai was very friendly, and informative through out the whole process. He let us see as many cars as we wanted. The entire process was stress free and very pleasant. We met with George who helped us change our insurance over to the new car very efficiently and gave us great information about our coverage. And lastly we met with Carlos who carefully and patiently explained all of the forms that we needed to sign. I truly had a very pleasant experience making this purchase. More
