It didn't have a lot of bells & whistles (as they often say) but it has been a reliable car - not one mechanical issues these last 4+ years. A couple days ago I received an email from Tabby Collins, suggesting that my car's equity/bank balance might enable me to purchase a 2017 Focus at virtually the same monthly payment. I called her to inquire about the opportunity. She was a very engaging and friendly young woman. I told her I'd come in to discuss with her and John. Well yesterday I purchased a 2017 Ford Focus with a lot of "bells & whistles" at the same price (actually a little less) than my 2012 Focus. As always, John wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. In addition, John Powell made the finance meeting less overwhelming as I've experienced in the past, clearly explaining my warranty options without pressure. And then Cheryl Shaton , the Customer Relations Manager - wow! she provided a tutorial of the "bells & whistles" on my new Focus that would have taken me a very long time to figure out myself. This is a very impressive dealership and the employees strive for high standards in customer service. I highly recommend Kelly Ford in Melbourne FL. I was greeted by Reggie who walked me over to the car and let me go through it at will. I liked what I saw and we went for a test drive; Reggie was a great salesman: he informed me about the car without making me feel pressured during any point in the sale. We settled on a price and I was off to see John in Dealer Finance. John was great at informing me about all of the financing options. He also gave me some great tips on refinancing my other car. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm glad that this dealership delivered on a pleasant car buying experience. Something very hard to find these days. More
