Tim was verry knwldgeable and a great help.We ended up buying one that was on the showroom floor.After the sale was complete Tim made sure the car was detailed and went over all of the options again with my wife. I am impatient with car salespeople. Casandra was great, she took us for a test drive, gave us good information on the car without being "pushy". When we talked about the price, she dealt in a professional manner. She didn't "talk down' to me because I was a women. Believe me I have experience that at other dealerships! Well, let me say I will never shop at another dealership. Kelly Ford has me as a customer for life thanks to Phil Pettus. He nailed it, exactly what we needed. The van is perfect, it had a strip on it that my wife and I didn't like, they took it off for us. If you want to be treated good and know your now going to get ripped off I recommend very highly that you buy from Kelly Ford. More
