My shopping experiance at Kelly Ford was a pleasure. Upon arriving I was immeadiatly greeted and introduced to Cassandra. From the beginning I enjoyed her enthusiam for her work and the Ford product that she arriving I was immeadiatly greeted and introduced to Cassandra. When starting to work on the purchase of the truck,Cassandra was very up front honest with me regarding all the terms,financing etc. I have purchased several vehicle over the years, but never has a pruchase been so smooth and effecient.I would recommend Cassandra, to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I stopped in looking at f150's. Tommy was very knowledgeable on his products as well other makes. He took his time in explaining all the options that I had and made the purchase process extremely knowledgeable on his products as well other makes. I found the experience at Kelly Ford to be unlike any I have had in the past. They were helpful and even showed me what I really wanted and needed as opposed to just "selling" me a car.I really fealt like have had in the past. Ok I started it but...... I will be stopping by there often as I really liked the experience and more so the people I dealt with. If I had one gripe it would be that finance took a little longer than I would have liked, but to be fair nobody told me it was only going to take ten minutes while I sat for an hour. We talked as it we were old friends that had trust in one another.I would rate Cassandra's performance alone a 6 out of 5 if I was able.I would truly buy another car from her. It is hard to find a business that really care about their customers anymore. It was refreshing to know that quality establishments still exist in a time where money seems to rule all. I contacted Phil after working with a different Ford dealer. He listened to my frustrations with the other dealer and got started right away looking for the vehicle we were trying to buy. He mentioned t dealer. He listened to my frustrations with the other dealer and got started right away looking for the vehicle we were trying to buy. He mentioned that there was a used vehicle on the lot that may work, so ultimately I went to take a look at it. He realized my knowledge about the vehicle so he did not try to sell me on the features. He simply let me take it for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside and worked out a deal. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to "sell" me on my decision. Because of his approach, a normally frustrating process was smooth and easy.
