Easier than grocery shopping Damian knew what I needed before I did, He found me a car perfect for my needs and even better for my budget. Empty promises with no resolution to problems I purchased a used 2011 F-150 on 5/18/19. When I was filling out the paperwork the truck was in detail. As I was leaving I noticed that the end cap on I purchased a used 2011 F-150 on 5/18/19. When I was filling out the paperwork the truck was in detail. As I was leaving I noticed that the end cap on the running board had fallen off. The salesman went back to detail and found the end cap (run over). He handed it to me and send it could be bent back out to fit. I was not happy with his response as It was severely damaged. He assured me that a new one would be ordered to replace. it. I was so aggravated by this time after an extremely long process at the dealership that I was home before I noticed that I did not get the second set of keys to the truck ( which has the key to the bed cover) and I only had copies of part of my paperwork. I called the dealership multiple times trying to reach a manager, after weeks of runaround finally someone returned my call, acted very angry at his staff for the situation and once again I was assured all would be corrected. Once again weeks passed with just a text from the salesperson apologizing and claiming all would be taken care of. I continued to call multiple times to see when the issues would be corrected, finally I got a phone call from someone claiming to be a manager located in Palm Beach. Once again more promises - He assured me a new end cap would be ordered and someone from Ford would come to my house to make keys since they never located the lost ones. So here we are two months later - the only thing I have received is a copy in the mail of my paperwork. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Ford dealerships (first & last at this dealership). I will never buy from this dealership again, and If this is the way Ford now runs customer relations It most likely will be the last purchase I make from any Ford dealership. More
