Service is always great. Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and informative. My only complaint would be that, as I have back problems, my seat is set to exactly how I need it to be, in order to stay friendly, and informative. I will never go back to the service department. They are impossible to get in contact with and have horrible communication. They had my car for 8 hours before I could get in touch with anyone. I called mult impossible to get in contact with and have horrible communication. They had my car for 8 hours before I could get in touch with anyone. I called multiple times and kept being told someone would get in touch with me. My service appointment was at 7:30am and I didn’t know until 3:30pm that my car needed to stay over night and I had to scramble to find a ride home from work. They need to improve their customer service. More
