Refused to honor quote from Internet Sales Consultant I was offered a price by Melody Francis, the Internet Sales Consultant, in advance of my trip to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, the I was offered a price by Melody Francis, the Internet Sales Consultant, in advance of my trip to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, the Sales Associate and his Manager, Andre Willis, both refused to honor the price I had been quoted. I recognize that Ms. Francis offered me a very aggressive deal, but that is hardly my fault, and the fact that the dealership refused to honor it is, in my opinion, abhorrent. More
