Appeared aware that my time was as valuable as his; noted maintenance items that I deferred. Overall: Promises Made and Kept. Great Maintenance Crew, obvious that upper management lets mechanics do the wrenching, and sales people do the selling. I’ve bought two brand new cars at this dealership: 2007 Pilot EXL and 2010 Ridgeline EXL; both deals took less than 4 hours, bought less than sticker and left without buyers remorse. Whatever Kelley does to make the Management Team in Lynn work this well; please do not F*** it up. More

I went the following day to get my inspection sticker and the man that helped me was polite and kept me update since there was a slight delay (it was a busy Saturday afternoon).
