Car problem Outstanding service on the day before Thanksgiving. I called at 6 o’cLock on Tuesday & was told to bring it in in the morning. I was told they might n Outstanding service on the day before Thanksgiving. I called at 6 o’cLock on Tuesday & was told to bring it in in the morning. I was told they might not get to it because it was so late. I understood that. I set up for a rental car. When I dropped it off & explained was happening, the gentleman asked if I could wait a couple of hours, he squeezed me in. They fixed the problem. Saved me over $200 for rental. Outstanding job. 👍👍👍 More

Recall was bad enough I had a 9 am recall appointment. There was a long line of people ahead of me and they all seemed to have had a 9 am appointment. I was told it would b I had a 9 am recall appointment. There was a long line of people ahead of me and they all seemed to have had a 9 am appointment. I was told it would be a 3:30 +hour wait. I left my and waited 45 minutes for my ride to pick me up. 10 minutes after I was picked up, I was called and told my car was ready. All the employees involved were very sympathetic and professional.
