Actually my sales person was CARL BARTALINI - he was great!! No pressure sales and was truly allowing me to test drive and check-out the vehicle I was looking at (2011 G37 Convertible). Bill Cavanaugh was the one who actually orchestrated the delivery - making sure all the accesories were there and installed when I got there. The vehicle was in pristine condition and he spent a lot of time going through every detail/feature of the car. I've bought other luxury vehicles (BMW, Range Rovers, etc.) and no one has ever been this thorough. Truly a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!! More

Jeff, our sales person, was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the car and was able to produce a used version so Kelly Infiniti. Parts and service were prompt with the installation of the accessory options we had to order. I got a complete explanation of all the finances and costs. The only issue I had was that we had an appointment to do the finances and had to wait a hour to start the process. Otherwise, everything was great. More
