I would like to update my review of Kelly Infiniti. Since my last visit, bioth the Service Manager and the delaeship GM have gone out of their way to make up for my past bad experiences. I have had two service appointments since I posted my review, and both were scheduled, completed, and communicated perfectly. Its unfortunate I had to write a poor review in the first place, but my frustration made me react negatively. I would recommend Kelly from a sales, and now service perspective as well, to any potential Infiniti customer.
